COLOR: Your piece could feature a huge range of colors! However, if you don't like surprises or are trying to match a certain outfit, you are welcome to write a color preference or two that you'd like to see featured in your piece inside the "note to seller" box at checkout and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

MEDIUM: acrylic paint on plywood (with matte sealer as a protective topcoat). Top portion of earring is laser cut painted wood which is attached to hoop with a jump ring.

ABOUT: Every year in my studio, I change out the protective plywood covering on my workbench where I have painted hundreds if not thousands of pieces of art and jewelry over the course of 12 months. The piece of painted 1/8" plywood is an accidental work art. It's every color I've used all year, layered, splattered, and pooled in random patterns. Once the surface is cut up, these authentic layers of paint from my work surface become little jewels of abstract art.

PLEASE NOTE: Listing includes ONE pair of earrings. To order multiple pairs of earrings, add desired qty to cart. Edges are exposed plywood, tinted a dark brown from the laser cutting process. Please remove wooden jewelry when swimming or showering. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and you may not receive the exact pendant you see in the photos.
