A little info about how we operate: We make everything to order, just for you, based on your design choices, color preferences, and your special knowledge of your customer’s taste. This means we don’t necessarily keep inventory of each and every item shown on the website (because that’s thousands of possible SKU’s!), but we do stock all materials in large quantities and our design files and templates are ready to go at all times so we’re able to move quickly to turnaround orders in a matter of hours. With a highly customizable line like ours, we find this is a great system (and helps us keep our price points what they are) so we hope it makes ordering and carrying our jewelry collection an enjoyable experience.
Opening Orders: $150 minimum order is required for all first time orders.
Orders: $100 minimum order is required for all subsequent orders.
Wholesale Pricing: 50% discount for all retail buyers, if minimum order requirements are met. In some cases, a resale ID number may be requested. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We’re flexible. Please order through whichever method is best for you.
- Website: Request wholesale account access at www.onceagainsam.com via the contact form below. You will be contacted via email with 48 hours with a temporary password for accessing your new account. All jewelry items, including our newest launches, are available through the website.
- Email: If you prefer to write your order or you have your own PO forms or spreadsheets, please email this to onceagainsam at gmail dot com
- Request Catalog: Some people like paper. We get it! We’re happy to mail you a copy of our printed catalog (or email you the PDF version). The catalog showcases our most popular collection, Curious Cameos, but not our full jewelry line.
Once Your Order Is Received, Here's What You Can Expect.
Turnaround Times: All items are made-to-order and typically ship within one to two weeks. If a specific time frame is preferred, please communicate that when placing your order and we will accommodate as best we can. We are happy to hold your order until a specific future date if requested (if you’re a seasonal business), and we can also expedite orders if you have an upcoming event, but additional rush fees may apply. Please inquire for more details.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and your location. Your shipping costs will be visible once you add items to your wholesale cart.
International Shipping: Customer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes. Shipping times vary depending on your location and we cannot always accurately estimate delivery.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and Paypal (for website orders). If you choose to email a PO rather than order through the website, we will invoice you directly.
Terms: Unless otherwise discussed, all wholesale customers will have NET 0 terms. Due to the custom nature of our line, payment must be made before order will be shipped.
Returns: All items are made-to-order and we can only accept returns on damaged items within 5 days of receipt. We can not offer exchanges or swap outs for unsold inventory at a later date.
Please Note: Wood and leather are natural materials, and the colors may vary slightly from what you seen on your screen, or from past orders you’ve received. We make it a point to buy materials that have a consistent appearance, but it is subtle variations are possible.
Color Samples: The actual paint color and metal finish patina may vary from what is shown on your screen (or shown in the printed catalog). If you would like to see actual swatches of all 30 paint colors, and each of the metal finishes prior to ordering, please contact us for a sample set. Sample set is $25.
