ABOUT: Inspired by a rare South Carolina snow, this winter scene was created entirely from needle felted wool fiber. Layers and layers of dyed roving are matted down with a barbed felting needle, bringing this textured 2D piece to life. A handmade wood frame holds the piece and is ready to hang.
